Make a list of what you like that is healthy
One thing that we never do is make a list of foods and activities that are healthy. Many of us will focus on negative items, bad foods and things that we like. We need to change our thinking and find fruits, vegetables and foods that are good for us and make them more attractive so we will eat them.
It comes down to choices and our actions. If we make good choices, then we will have good results. If we make bad or uninformed choices, then things will not be as good.
